The name comes from a lighthouse
The “La Balue” apartment, 105 m², is named after the lighthouse that guides ships into the corsair city.
On the Saint-Malo side, it looks out as far as the Pointe de la Varde and the island of Cézembre; on the other side, over the sea and the mouth of the Rance, towards Dinard.
A Saint-Malo interlude for up to six guests (no more), rated “3 stars” by the Saint-Malo tourist office.
A secure, quiet residence among trees, with a private park and a playground (swings), a boules court and a football pitch for children. Lift, caretaker, two reserved and numbered parking spaces, and a bicycle store.
